The juveneile spotted drum looks much nicer than the adult version of the fish. Those long pectoral and dorsal fins will shrink and look stubby when they grow up. If you put your thumb and first finger together in the “OK” sign, that is how big this guy was. When they move about it’s like a dance, with their fins moving all over the place. Neat to watch, tough to photograph.
